Our black HEROBUBBLEs are our padded mailers that replace plastic bubble mailers. They have an inner compostable layer of padding and an outer compostable layer.

These mailers are thick and will ensure that your products are nice and snug during shipping!

Home Compostable Padded Mailers 

Our compostable black bubble mailers are the ideal solution for shipping more fragile items. 

The padding is made from 70%-80% PBAT – a biodegradable co-polymer, and 20%-30% PLA – biodegradable refined cornstarch. 

Our HEROBUBBLE padded shipping bags can be easily composted at home. Your customers simply need to cut them up and use them as brown materials in their compost bin. 

In commercial settings, our bubble mailers will break down within 120 days, while they take up to 150 days in home settings. 

Reusable 

A feature that we have added to our padded mailers is a double adhesive strip. This means that, unlike other mailers, your customers can reuse the bag by cutting along flap and then using the second sealable strip to package their products.

Please note: The sizing mentioned are external dimensions. The internal width will be approximately 10mm less than the external dimensions. For example, for our Small HEROBUBBLE mailer which is 190mm in width, the internal width is 180mm. Please keep this in mind when purchasing to ensure your products fit.
